Moroccan food is a vast field of creativity and taste,
covering more than fifty typical dishes from that country of Northern Africa.
Here is the one I prefer : The Harira Soup. It's a soup made with meat,
tomatoes, herbs, chick peas and rice or vermicelli and spices. The recipe
changes from a family to another or from a region to another. It's usually
served to break the fast at sunset during the month of Ramadan and it's
accompanied by Shebbakia, a sesame and honey pretzel.
