New Technologies Affects Trust Between Adults and Teenagers

The use of new technologies surely affects trust and relations between adults and teenagers but I think it is on both of the positive or the negative way... Adults always see it the wrong way when it comes to technology, but they can and they do use those technologies daily ! For example, our parents can see our homework and marks that we had directly from our school life management software, Pronote, without even making us know... and that affects our relationship and specially their trust in us... They also manage to watch us and what we are doing on the web with the parental control (I don't think anyone uses this thing :D) or joining social networks and subscribe to our profiles and pages...
And remember, Big Brother is watching you... (but that's another matter xD)

In what way are young people misunderstood ?

There is always disagreement between parents and children, more globally between adults and young people...
I think the fault is on both of the parties : adults do not try to modernize and young people do not try to understand adults...
Here in Morocco, it's another matter ! Adults always talk to teenagers as if they don't understand anything... but gradually this mentallity diisappears and young people are seen like the future of the country.
Expecting your comments ;)

Food & Culture

Moroccan food is a vast field of creativity and taste, covering more than fifty typical dishes from that country of Northern Africa. Here is the one I prefer : The Harira Soup. It's a soup made with meat, tomatoes, herbs, chick peas and rice or vermicelli and spices. The recipe changes from a family to another or from a region to another. It's usually served to break the fast at sunset during the month of Ramadan and it's accompanied by Shebbakia, a sesame and honey pretzel.

My favorite place to hang out

Hello ! :)
I wanna make you know about my two favorite places to be in Tangier :
- Ashakar’s Beach : near the Cape Spartel, a promontory about 1,000 feet above sea level at the entrance to the Strait of Gibraltar, 12 km West of Tangier. I really like to go there with my father and my dogs. We keep them feel free, playing and running together. I go there almost every sunday. It's ideal for relaxing.

- Any basketball floor : I use to go training with the team in the Badr Sports Center and at Hasnouna Youth Center and we sometimes go for fun with friends to the Malabata PlayPark, a public playground with a symbolic price.

All About Me

Here is an article which is about me like the title says ...

My name is HOGGA Jad, I’m 15 and I’m from Casablanca.
Actually, I’m living in Tangier because of my father’s work. By the way, my father is a freight forwarder and he works at the new harbour which is called “Tanger Med”.
My mother isn’t working, she is just taking care of the two of us, and, over time, it is not easy. I've got a brother, who is married and has a daughter, who lives in Montréal, Quebec, Canada, and a sister who lives in Madrid, Spain.

I’m studying in a French school here in Tangier which is called “Le Détroit” which means “The Strait” due to the Strait of Gibraltar.
I study French, logically, English, Spanish, Arabic, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics and Socials sciences, History and Geography in French and in Arabic, Physical Education. The one I prefer is the P.E. specially when we're playing basketball or volleyball ! I'm very sport-minded !

I've got a motto that says “Dogs, Basketball and Rock’n’Roll, that’s all !”

I love dogs. I like playing with them, cuddling them and all the stuff that goes with it. Actually, they love that too ! I had a German Sheppard, Kayser, which has a hip sickness and we had to give him to a professional who helps him feeling better.
Currently, I've got a Labrador, Golden, who loves me stronger than anything else and it’s mutual.

My favorite sport is basketball. I practice it regularly with the school team or with friends. I plan to enroll in the city team, Ittihad of Tangier. I love spending more than 2 or 3 hours playing basketball, which means having fun, with my team mates Omar and Noé. I'm a bit sad because Noé has moved to France, his homeland. I hope we'll see each other during holidays ... I’m a strong supporter of one of the two Casablanca’s rival teams, the Wydad of Casablanca. I'm also following the American Basketball Championship, the NBA, and I support the Houston Rockets. My idol is James Harden ! I'm in love with that man ! His beard is so funny ! It's quite difficult because of the jet lag ! Sometimes, I stay up to 3a.m. (Moroccan Time) which is 9p.m. (Houston's Time). I also watch all Team USA games ! Coach K is a boss !

As the song says, I love Rock’n’Roll ! I’m a drummer in a rock band. I play the guitar and the bass also but just for fun. Drums are “my everything”. I plan to make drum covers videos as a solo and band covers with my rock band "Tchernobyl Survivors".

I really like the USA ! My favorite cities are Houston, Chicago and Los Angeles. I follow a lot of american series like NCIS, NCIS LA, NCIS NOLA, Criminal Minds, Hawaii 5-0, Hostages, The Unit, Chicago PD, Chicago Fire, One Tree Hill, Friends, Perception and Supernatural. It's quite too much... !

I think you know enough about me, tell me about you ! Answer me commenting this article !
